A new engineering office in Seattle with a focus on improving recruiting in a competitive talent market.

Program Development
Devloping four main programmatic anchor points reinforced a public/private divide in the office, giving the engineers lots of quiet, heads-down space, as well as plenty of space to gather and socialize
Materiality
Wanting to preserve and celebrate the brick brutalism of our 1980s site, while also creating a cozy, insulated feeling in both the large atrium (public) and the heads-down workspaces (private), we looked to local materials.
