Set Design

Inspired by the writing of architectural theorist Reynar Banham who explained Los Angeles’ athrough the lens of four “ecologies”: Surfurbia, The Plains of Id, Autopia and The Foothills.

We used this framework, creating four distinct sets using layers of fabric scrims and theater lighting.
